West Virginia Symphony Orchestra Announces WV Honors Gala on Aug. 22 to honor ZMM Architects + Engineers and Mrs. Sallie F. McClaugherty
/CHARLESTON, W.VA. (7/11/2025) – The West Virginia Symphony Orchestra (WVSO) is pleased to announce the WV Symphony Honors Gala on Friday, August 22 to honor longtime supporters ZMM Architects + Engineers and Mrs. Sallie F. McClaugherty.
Music Director Maurice Cohn and the WVSO Board of Directors are thrilled to host the WV Symphony Honors Gala on Friday, August 22 at 6:00 pm in the Grand Lobby of the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences of WV. The event includes a curated, three-course dinner by 1010 Bridge and James Beard Award-winner Chef Paul Smith, complimentary beer and wine, live music, and tributes to honorees, longtime Pops Series sponsor ZMM Architects + Engineers and indelible supporter and board member Mrs. Sallie F. McClaugherty.

Tickets for the formal event are $175/person, with table sponsorships for 10 guests available beginning at $2,500. Dress code for the event is cocktail to black tie.
